3 Chilies of choice
1 onion
1 clove garlic
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup water
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
Method
In a blender mix chilies, onion, garlic,lemon juice and vinegar until smooth.
In a pot mix all the other ingredients and the mixture.
Bring to a boil and cook for 35-40 min stirring constantly.
Transfer to sterilized containers.
