Candied jalapeños are a sweet and spicy condiment that goes great on just about anything especially if it lives inside 2 pieces of bread. You may want to make extra cause these go quickly!!!

Instructions

Step 1
1. Bring to a boil sugar and vinegar. Cook until rich syrup. Add spices and garlic and cook for a minute.
Step 2
2. Add jalapeños and cook about 4 min until peppers are browned slightly
Step 3
3. My peppers were pretty hot so I didn’t add any Chile flakes to this.
Step 4
4. Pour contents into jars. I’m placing mine in the fridge so I didn’t process my jars. If you wish to do so make sure and follow proper canning guidelines
