Avocado Citrus Salad

I had to substitute the grapefruit ingredient due to blood pressure meds, I used apples and pears instead. Also, I did not add salt and pepper since it was mostly fruit.

Instructions

Step 1
1. In a small bowl, whicj honey, lime juice, oi;, vinegar, salt and pepper

2. Using a sharp knife, peel the grapefruits and oranges, being sure to remove all of the bitter white pith. Working over a large bowl, cut in between the membranes to release the sections. Reserve the grapefruit and orange juices for another use. (doesn't give what other use) Pat the citrus sections dry with paper towels and return them to the large bowl.
Step 3
3. Add the avocados, goat cheese, and walnuts to the large bowl and toss gently. Add the honey dressing and toss again. Serve immediately.
