This crab salad is my creation, it’s a blend of imitation crab, pineapple, green apple and iceberg lettuce, all tossed in a simple creamy lemony dressing.

Ingredients

400 gramscrab sticks
cut into slices
400 gramsiceberg lettuce
shredded in a chunk pieces
300 gramsgreen apple
must be green, finely diced
300 gramsfresh pineapple
chopped into small cubes
300 gramssweet corn can

150 gmmozzarella cheese
chopped into small cubes
1 teaspoondried oregano
½ tablespoonsfresh dill
chopped for garnish, optional
Sauce Ingredients:
Instructions
Step 1
To Prepare the dressing, in a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients. Whisk until smooth.
Step 2
Add all of the salad ingredients to a large bowl. Pour the dressing over it and Mix gently to combine all together.
Step 3
Serve it cold or at room temperature, and sprinkle with (optional) chopped dill for garnish if desired.
