Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375 F and line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with your oil of choice.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix your seasonings together.
Step 3
Take your chicken breasts, flatten them, cover with EVOO, and then coat with the spices and line on your sheet pan
Step 4
Take red potatoes, cut into quarters, drizzle with more EVOO, salt and pepper ( we also add truffle seasoning), garlic powder, and then add to the other half of the sheet.
Step 5
You can also add carrots and do them the same way but without garlic powder and add them to the sheet pan.
Step 6
Place in the oven for 50 minutes.
