Instructions

Step 1
In a small bowl combine the sour cream, 2 Tbs horseradish and salt.
Step 2
Put the beef in a medium bowl and add the remaining 3 Tbs horseradish, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and celery salt.
Step 3
Using a fork, mix the seasonings into the meat and then, with your hands, form the mixture into 4 patties.
Step 4
Place the grill on a hirgh fire and place the burgers and cook for 4 minutes without flipping. Remove the burgers and cover to keep warm. Top with a Tbs of the sour cream, horseradish mixture, and a tomoto slice between a toasted bun. Serve immediately with celery sticks.
