Preheat oven to 350

Add egg, milk, cheese, bread crumbs, salt, and ground beef in a large bowl. Mix well.

Make 8 miniature loaves, and place in tin- foil lined 9x13 dish.

In a seperate bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, cayenne, and Italian seasoning. Adjust quantities to taste.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
