Instructions

Step 1
Poke and bake your potatoes at 400 for an hour.
Step 2
Cut off 1/4 of the potato.
Step 3
Scoop out insides and add to a bowl. Add the butter, sour cream, whole milk, cheddar, salt and pepper (bacon optional). Mix.
Step 4
Fill the potatoes, top with cheese.
Step 5
Bake at 375 for 30-40 mins until golden brown.
