Step 1
-Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and allow to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, but no longer.
-Grill the shrimp until they are still just barely translucent in the middle, then remove and allow to sit in a large bowl covered with plastic wrap for a few minutes. -Finish with a final squeeze of lemon and a bit more Tabasco if you'd like, then serve warm
