Instructions
Step 1
In a Large bowl add your lamb chops along with all the seasoning listed except for the butter
lamb chops2 lb
soy sauce2 Tbsp
worcestershire1 Tbsp
Montreal steak seasoning1 Tbsp
red pepper flakes1 tsp
cayenne pepper½ tsp
chicken bouillon cubes0.5 Tbsp
ginger powder1 tsp
garlic gloves5
lime1
olive oil1 Tbsp
Step 2
Allow to marinate for 1-4 hours or until ya lose patience
Step 3
From there you can cook them over the grill searing them & moving off heat to reach desired temp / or use a pan over medium heat to get a nice sear on both side then if need you can finish them off in the oven (350) until they reached your desired temperature
For The Sauce ,
Step 4
In skillet add the butter and the leftover marinade from the bowl . Cook it until it resembles a sauce consistency. Ya can add a little water if needed
