Instructions

Step 1
Beat egg yolk with milk & seive.

Boil water, agar-agar powder, sugar & pandan leaves over medium heat for 20 minutes or until agar-agar powder & sugar dissolved.

Leave to cool. About 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add yolk mixture & stir (temperature must not be too hot or else the yolk will be cooked into lumps).
Step 5
Finally, add lemon juice.

Pour jelly into mould & put in the fridge.
