Instructions
Step 1
Place butter in Instant Pot. Sautee mode. After butter melts add diced Shallots. Sautee 3 minutes until slightly softened.
Step 2
Add Brussels sprouts, vinegar, maple syrup, cranberries, and crushed almonds. Stir until everything is mixed together and the Brussels sprouts are well-coated in the sauce.
Step 3
Secure the lid, make sure valve is in sealing position, hit Pressure cook, manual, high pressure, 1 minute. Quick release when done and remove from instant pot.
Step 4
Optional Crisping - In a 400° oven, place Brussels sprouts on foil-lined baking sheet for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown and Crispy.
Step 5
Place in serving dish and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired.
