High-Protein Apple Tiramisu

Ingredients

For the Biscuit
100gspelt flour
20gvanilla protein powder
or more flour
2 tspbaking powder
50gpowdered erythritol
or coconut sugar
30gvegan butter
melted, or coconut oil
150mlsparkling water

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients and spread onto a baking paper on a baking sheet (not too thin!!) in a square shape. Bake at 180C/360F for 15-20 min. Let cool and slice into 5x2 stripes.
Step 2
Place them in your baking dish and pour a little bit coffee & amaretto (optional) (alternative: apple juice) on top so they are fully soaked.
Step 3
Chop apples into pieces, mix with the other ingredients and heat in the microwave until soft. Let it cool down.
Step 4
Mix everything for the cream together. Then layer the biscuit, apple mixture and the cream. Sprinkle cacao powder & cinnamon on top. Leave in the fridge overnight or at least 5 hours so the biscuit gets soft.
