Instructions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in your pan on medium heat, and then add the sliced onions. Sauté until soft.
Step 2
While the onions are cooking, cut the pork tenderloin into about 3/4-inch thick pieces.
Step 3
When the onions are soft, add the pork and some salt & pepper.
Step 4
Cook until the pork is no longer pink on the outside. Then add the pear chunks. Cover and cook for about 4 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the cover, stir and test the doneness of the pears. They should be soft but hold their shape.
Step 6
Serve with rice or a side dish of your choice. Crusty bread would also be good.
