Instructions
Step 1
Boil pot of water and cook macaroni to packet instructions.
Step 2
In a saucepan melt butter with Dijon mustard and paprika salt and pepper, once butter is melted add flour and cook for a minute.
Step 3
Stir in milk and whisk until thickened and smooth. Add tomato soup and continue to stir until thickened.
Step 4
Add cheese, stir until melted. Add Worcestershire sauce. Take off heat.
Step 5
In frypan fry up diced onion and capsicum until soft.
Step 6
In a baking dish mix pasta, sauce and onion and capsicum mix together top with extra cheese, bake in oven at 200°C for 15min or until cheese is golden. Serve.
