Instructions
Step 1
Line 8x8 -inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside
Step 2
Melt the peanut butter, coconut oil, and honey in a medium pot over medium heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Remove from heat once smooth.




Step 3
Add the oats, sesame seeds, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla to the pot, and stir to combine. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.



Step 4
Place in the freezer until cool and brownies start to harden (30-40 minutes). Remove the brownies from the pan by lifting the parchment paper and place onto a cutting board. Cut into 8 or 16 squares.
Step 5
Place brownies into containers. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
