Instructions
Step 1
Melt coconut oil, coconut butter and honey if needed. Add all ingredients into a medium sized bowl and stir together.
Step 2
Add collagen, vanilla, and carob powder to the bowl. Stir until fully mixed.
Step 3
Add shredded coconut to the bowl. Stir until all of the coconut is covered with the carob mixture.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop heaping tablespoons and roll into balls. Place on baking sheet and put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes to set.
Step 5
Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week or store in the freezer.
