1 cupgluten-free all-purpose flour
xanthan gum
1 teaspoonbaking powder
¼ teaspoonbaking soda
¼ teaspoonsalt
⅛ teaspoonground nutmeg
½ cuplight brown sugar

1 tablespoonpure vanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a full-sized 12 cup donut pan with cooking spray
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg and whisk to combine the ingredients.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix together brown sugar, egg, buttery spread, milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Step 4
Pour the flour mixture into the large bowl with the brown sugar mixture. Mix until fully combined
Step 5
Add batter to a large plastic storage bag or piping bag. Seal the bag and cut a corner (or tip if using a piping bag) off. Squeeze the bag carefully, fulling the greased donut pan with batter. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Place pan on a cooling rack and cool for 1 minute. Remove donuts from the pan and place on the rack.
Step 6
In a small bowl, whisk together the glaze ingredients. Dip each warm donut into the glaze and place on a plate or wire rack. Serve warm. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days
