Instructions
Step 1
Cut cucumbers into thin slices with a julienne slicer.
Step 2
Sprinkle with salt and set aside.
Step 3
In a medium sized bowl, combine rice vinegar, salt, salt, soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix.
Step 4
Gently squeeze the liquid out of the cucumbers with your hands.
Step 5
Transfer the cucumbers to the medium sized bowl. Gentle fold ingredients together.
