One Pan Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Prepare your broth and press garlic. Heat 1/2 tbsp of olive oil per person in a large pan (note this should be able to hold the full dish!) On middle high heat

Step 2
Add the chicken to the pan and sprinkle over the poultry seasoning. Grill for 1-2 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.

Heat 1/4 tbsp of olive oil in the same pan on a middle high heat. And cook garlic until fragrant.

Add 1 tsp per person of white wine vinegar, the chicken broth, cream, and the penne. Season to taste with salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Cook covered for 15-17 minutes on a low heat, or until the penne is cooked al dente. Stir occasionally.

Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets.

In the last 8-10 minutes, add the broccoli and stir through.

In the last 5 minutes, add the chicken back in.

Take pan off the heat. Sprinkle in 2/3 of the cheese through the pasta and garnish with the remaining. Enjoy!
