Step 1
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the crepe batter
Step 2
On medium low heat, pour 1/3 of the batter onto a nonstick pan
Step 3
Quickly spread the batter thinly and let it cook for 20-30seconds
Step 4
Flip and cook for another 15-20
Step 5
Let crepes cool and add the protein yogurt to one side of each crepe
Step 6
Fold the crepe into quarters
Step 7
For the topping, melt the milk and biscoff (do not over cook or it’ll seize) and add to the crepes
