Step 1
Melt your butter and unsweetened chocolate, put Truvia in a bowl, add melted chocolate and butter, mix together. Add eggs, espresso powder, vanilla and almond flour. Mix well
Step 2
Grease 4 4oz ramakins. Divide batter among the 4 dishes. Place ramakins on a sheet tray, Bake 12 mins at 350 degrees.
Step 3
Let cool 5 mins before serving. Top with Truvia confectioners sugar or Sugar-Free sweetener of choice or top with Sugar-Free Whipped Cream.
