Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Bacon

One of my very favorite recipes because of all the good fat in each and every bite. Be mindful of the kind of bacon you use, try to use bacon that is organic or grass fed to ensure you get more good fat. Lots of fun add ons for this recipe, green onions, feta, goat cheese, all kinds of options.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat (Air Fryer 400 degrees, Convection 400 degrees, or conventional oven 425 degrees)
Step 2
Spray baking sheet with non stick spray.
Step 3
Slice all brussel sprouts in half., and place on baking sheet.
Step 4
top with seasonings, (have fun with flavor)
Step 5
slice bacon into 1/2 in strips and lay on top of brussel sprouts.
Step 6
Place in oven for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Flip brussel sprouts and bacon and make sure they are spread in a single later on pan.
Step 8
Cook for 10 more minutes.
Step 9
Top with your favorite soft cheese, I prefer goat cheese.
