Peanut Butter Kiss Cookie - Remix Style

This classic holiday cookie was given a shake up, but in the best way! Instead of putting the kiss on each cookie, I replaced that with Hershey kiss mini chips! Chocolate & peanut butter in every bite!

Step 1
In a mixer or bowl with hand held mixer- add your butter, sugars and vanilla, and mix well for 3 mins.
Scrape the bowl to make sure everything is getting incorporated

Next add in the peanut butter, mix well

Next add in the egg, mix well

Next add in the flour, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips

Once mixture is combined. Using an ice cream/portion scoop- scoop the dough onto a parchment lined sheet tray and place in the refrigerator until chilled 1-3 hours.

While that is chilling, preheat your oven to 350'

Once cookies are completely chilled, take a small bowl with granulated sugar and roll the cookie dough in it, making sure all of the dough is covered.
Place cookie dough pucks on parchment lined sheet trays - 6 on a tray depending on your tray size

Bake your cookies for 9mins-15mins * This will be based on your oven and how hot it is *
