Instructions

Step 1
1. Line a baking tray with baking paper (8inch square) 2. Place the oats in a food processor and process until ground into a flour 3. Add the protein powder, peanut butter powder, maple syrup, vanilla, almond milk and dates 4. Process until the mixture is well combined and is tacky but not sticky (add more milk and process if necessary) 5. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and press firmly into an even layer 6. Place in the fridge or freezer until firm (1 hour fridge, 30 minutes freezer) 7. Remove the bars from the pan and drizzle with melted chocolate 8. Refrigerate to set chocolate and store in the fridge
