Step 1
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cooking until chicken is browned on all sides, stirring often. Add broth; bring to a boil. cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Step 2
Add soup, paprika, and salt to skillet stirring well; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles.
