Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 1
In lg. bowl, cream together butter, sugar, & brown sugar. Add egg & vanilla; mix well.
Step 2
In med. bowl combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, & salt.
Step 3
Add flour mixture to butter mixture; mix until just combined.
Step 4
Using a ¼ cup cookie scoop, scoop out 10 equally sized cookie dough balls.
Step 5
Place cookie dough on baking sheet; flatten to ¾”-thick.
Step 6
Bake (10-11 min.)
Step 7
Cool on baking sheet 5 min.; move cookies to wire rack to cool completely.
Frosting
Step 8
Place butter & cream cheese in lg. bowl. Using mixer, mix on med.-high until smooth.
Step 9
Add powdered sugar & vanilla; mix until desired consistency is reached.
Step 10
Use piping bag; open tip to frost cookies (or just spread frosting on top.)
Step 11
Sprinkle tops with graham cracker crumbs (or other desired toppings.)
