Instructions

Step 1
Blend watermelon and mint in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve and pour the juice into ice cube trays. Freeze completely, 6 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Reserve 1/3 cup of rose. Pour the remaining wine into ice cube trays or a loaf pan and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. Keep in mind that it will not freeze completely because of the alcohol.
Step 3
When you are ready to serve, blend the frozen watermelon juice and wine, the reserved 1/3 cup wine, honey and vodka, if using. Garnish with a slice of watermelon and mint sprigs.
