This is my favorite morning drink this season: Citrus Ginger Immunity Bombs! Simply add hot water to the frozen concentrate cubes and you have a delicious and healthy tea loaded with immunity strengthening ingredients. It’s great for fighting cold and flu as well. Enjoy!🍋🍊 Notes: This is a zero waste recipe. Save citrus peel for making citrus scented vinegar later. Save ginger peel for making ginger shot later. Freeze pulp and add to smoothie, muffins, seafood stew, vegetable soup, pasta or dipping sauce later.

Instructions

Step 1
Wash, dry and peel lemons, oranges & ginger.
Step 2
Add to a blender. On high speed, blend till smooth.
Step 3
Use a strainer or cheese cloth to strain.
Step 4
Add raw honey & turmeric powder. Mix well.
Step 5
Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
Step 6
When ready to use, add hot water, mix and enjoy as a delicious and healthy tea!
