Step 1
In a small bowl, crumble the midibites & carefully fold in the peanut butter and honey

Divide the crumble into 5 even parts and press into the bottom of a muffin tin lined baking tray
Step 3
Set in the fridge for ~10 minutes ⠀
Step 4
Spoon ~1/2 tsp additional peanut butter on top of each crumble base (OPTIONAL STEP)⠀
Step 5
Place chocolate bar in a small bowl and microwave for :30 second intervals + stir until melted⠀
Step 6
Fold chopped pistachios into chocolate ⠀
Step 7
Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer ⠀
Step 8
Freeze for 30 minutes
Step 9
