Instructions

Step 1
Place chocolate into a small microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave on 20-second increments, stirring between each, until melted. Alternatively, melt chocolate in a double boiler.
Step 2
To the melted chocolate, add the peanut butter, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Mix well.
Step 3
Place corn chips into a large bowl and pour the chocolate mix over the top. Mix and crush until well coated and clumpy.
Step 4
Spoon into a 12-hole silicon cupcake tray and freeze for 20 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
Step 5
Pop out of the tray and enjoy. Store in the freezer for 5 to 6 days.
