10 ozfrozen spinach
pkg, thawed, excess moisture
squeezed out
1 cupmayonnaise
8 ozcream cheese
softened
1 cupParmesan cheese
grated
2garlic cloves
minced
1 x 10 ozwhole artichokes in water
can, small, drained
1 x 6.5 ozlump crabmeat
can, drained
½ teaspoonpaprika
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 325°F. In large bowl, stir together spinach, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and garlic until blended. Gently stir in artichokes and crabmeat. Spoon into 4- to 6-cup gratin or baking dish; sprinkle with paprika. 2. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned and hot
