Instructions
Step 1
Place the cherries, mint, and lime juice in a high-speed blender or food processor.
Step 2
Pulse a couple of times until they are just combined and not completely pulverized.
Step 3
Scrape out of the container, placing equally in two glasses filled with ice. Pour the seltzer water over it. Add honey or maple syrup to taste, stirring well. Enjoy!
