Vegan Chocolate Pudding Pie

I'm not sure where the original of this recipe is, but my grandma found it and made it for me. She wrote down the recipe and taught me to make it and it is my FAVORITE pie recipe!! It's perfect for parties, your family, or just yourself (I won't judge)! It goes great topped with dairy-free whipped cream or on it's own.

Step 1
Whisk cocoa powder, arrowroot, and coconut sugar in a medium pot

Pour in both milks, mix to combine

Whisk over medium heat until thickened

Remove from heat; add chocolate chips, vanilla, and salt and stir.

Pour into pie crust. Let set for 6-8 hours or overnight
