Instructions
Step 1
First wash and cut the potatoes into wedges. In a saucepan, boil water, add 1/2 teaspoon salt and add the potatoes. Boil for about 12-15 minutes to make the potatoes soft. Then drain the potatoes thoroughly and let them cool a little.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a smaller bowl, mix the olive oil, harissa and the rest of the salt. Stir well to combine the oil and harissa and pour the mixture over the dry potatoes. Toss so that all the potatoes are thoroughly coated with the mixture. Place the potatoes in an air fryer and roast at 190°C for 22 minutes. Stir the potatoes at least once during baking. Serve with your favourite sauce.
