Ingredients

1 Tbspmaple syrup

½ tspcinnamon

0.25Ginger powder

nutmeg

¼ cupwater

1 Tbsppumpkin purée

½ cupplant milk

1 shotsespresso

Instructions
Step 1
Heat up in a pot maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and water.







Step 2
Add pumpkin purée to the pot and stir for about 5min till everything thickened up.








Step 3
Pour in plant milk and stir for another 5min.









Step 4
Cook your espresso and fill the pumpkin milk with the espresso shot in a cup.
Step 5
Optional: add vegan whipped cream and more cinnamon on top.
