In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the flower and mix until the dough comes together.

Place the dough on a counter top, dusted in flour and gently roll the dough into a log shape (approximately 2 inches by 2 inches).

Wrap the shaped dough in plastic wrap and allow it to firm up in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Once the dough is firm, cut the dough into 3/4 inch think rounds.
