Step 1
Scrub potatoes well, and cut into wedges.
Step 2
Place the potato wedges in a large bowl and cover the potatoes with water. Soak the potatoes in water for at least an hour or two.
Step 3
In another bowl, add milk and beaten egg and whisk well until combined.
Step 4
In another bowl, combine flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and poultry seasoning.
Step 5
In a Dutch oven or deep fryer, heat oil to 350 degrees.
Step 6
Dip into potato wedges into the egg mixture and then into the seasoned flour.
Step 7
Allow the breaded potatoes to dry on a wire rack for 10 minutes so the coating will adhere to the potatoes.
Step 8
Fry potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil and place on a wire rack to drain.
Step 9
Serve with Honey BBQ chicken wings and biscuits.
