Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix your flour, cornstarch, baking powder & salt. Whisk till totally combined

Add your cheese and toss to coat in the dry mix
Step 3
In a separate bowl, place the buttermilk, butter, honey, and eggs, and whisk
Step 4
Create a well in the center of the large bowl of dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
Step 5
Use yellow handled scoop to scoop batter into well greased muffin tins
Step 6
Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes or until a pokey thing comes out clean
