Instructions
Step 1
Wash cranberry thoroughly and drain. Simply transfer cranberries into a small sauce pot, add in sugar and orange juice to stir. Cook on medium high heat until it boils. Simply adjust heat to medium heat for a few minutes, the cranberries should have all burst open and create a thick sauce. Turn off the heat and transfer the sauce to a container, sit in refrigerator to cool.
Step 2
Place a block of cream cheese on a plate. Pour the cooled cranberry sauce over the cream cheese. Serve with crackers or fruit of your choice.
