Step 1
Line 9x13 greased pan with one can of crescent rolls.
Step 2
Cook sausage, drain grease, and mix with cream cheese. Spread sausage mixture over crescent rolls.
Step 3
Save some egg whites for covering top of casserole. Scramble eggs with salt and pepper. Add a layer of scrambled eggs on top of the sausage, and a thin layer of shredded cheese on top of the eggs.
Step 4
Top with other can of crescent rolls. Spread a thin layer of saved egg whites over crescent rolls.
Step 5
Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes (until top is light brown)
