Instructions
Step 1
Rub roast with Worcestershire, salt and pepper (a lot). Sear on high heat, almost burning all sides.
Step 2
Scrape all into Crock Pot.
Step 3
Put roast in Crock Pot and add enough beef broth to cover the roast.
Step 4
Place garlic, onion (cut in fourths), carrots, and potatoes in pot. Cook 8 to 10 hours on low.
