ScoFo’s shrimp burgers

Instructions

Step 1
Drain shrimp and add two lbs to food processor
Step 2
Add mayonnaise, 2 tsp Old Bay, garlic powder, 2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 cup fresh parsley, one green onion stalk and white pepper, salt and process until smooth
Step 3
Rough chop other pound of shrimp and add to large mixing bowl with contents of food processor and mix thoroughly
Step 4
In panko add 1 tsp of Old Bay, 1 tsp black pepper and 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Step 5
Weigh out five 6 oz patties and coat in bread crumbs
Step 6
Deep fry until golden brown and internal temp reaches 150 degrees
Step 7
Serve on toasted hamburger bun with Remoulade sauce.
