Step 1
Cook store-bought ravioli and set aside.
Step 2
Cut lobster in half. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Heat cast iron pan, add butter and cook lobster. Remove the lobster from the pan, transfer it to a plate.
Step 4
In the same cast iron pan, add garlic and sautee. Add tomato paste, pasta-cooking water, red pepper flake, and mix.
Step 5
Add heavy cream, and mix. Return ravioli, lobster, coat with the sauce.
Step 6
Serve with parsley.
