This is basically a recipe for Lebanese style Pan Fried Lobster Tail meat with Cilantro & Garlic in Butter Cream Sauce.
Serve this as hot Mezza, appetizer, or main course just straight out of the pan.

Instructions
Step 1
Use both hands to press down on tail to crack shell. Hold tail, shell facing down, and pull back on both sides of shell to crack open and remove meat.
Step 2
Boil the lobster tails in salted water until just cooked through, about 12 minutes. (Cook 1 minute per 28g). When cool, remove the meat and set aside.
Step 3
In a large pan, melt 6 tbsp butter on medium heat, add in garlic and shallots, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and soft - about 4 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in wine and increase heat to high, stir in lobster meat, lemon zest, and cilantro, and cook to piping hot and sauce is reduced, about 5 minutes, pour in the lemon juice, give it a gentle mix, cook for 1 minute and serve immediately.
