Instructions
Step 1
Heat 200g of sugar and 200mil of water. When the water boils, add 250g of sliced butter. When it melts, then add the chocolate and wait for it to melt. Remove from the stove, then add the ground walnuts and biscuits. (After it has cooled down a little). Mix well, then leave the filling covered for 3-4 minutes to cool.
Step 2
Place 1 wafer with the rough side up on the work surface. Cover it with 4 tablespoons of filling. Repeat the process with the other crusts. Then finish with the wafer. Cover the cake with a cloth. Place a lighter load (book, pan) over it.
Step 3
Store the wafers in a cold room (fridge) and leave them overnight.
