Step 1
Pulverize the graham cracker cookies in blender. Add melted butter and continue to blend until the crust can hold its shape. Press the mixture into the tart pans.
Step 2
Add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to a stand mixer and mix until there are soft peaks. Transfer the mixture to a separate bowl and set aside.
Step 3
Add the peanut butter and cream cheese to the mixer and mix until combined. Slowly add whipped cream mixture and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Transfer to tart shells and top with chocolate ganache. Let chill and top with crushed cookies and gold leaf if you would like.
