Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Mix together with your fingers to form a wet sand-like consistency and press into the bottom and up the sides of your deep-dish pie plate or small individual pie pans.
Step 3
In a blender or in a stand mixer combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla and pour filling into pie pan.
Step 4
Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Step 5
Once baked turn off the oven and leave inside for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Remove cheesecake from the oven and preheat once again to 350 degrees.
Step 7
Spoon topping over cakes and return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before transferring to the fridge to finish cooling off and to set
