Step 1
Cut chicken breast into thin fillets and set aside. In a large plate combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings. Coat chicken well on both sides in breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken into a baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Spray the tops of the chicken with nonstick spray and bake at 400° for 30 minutes then enjoy.
