Better than Fries Balsamic Roasted Asparagus
I'm serious, it's better than fries. You can add the balsamic about 10 minutes into the baking time for a caramelized, thicker glaze. This is tastiest and crunchiest with thinner stalks of asparagus, although it works well with any thickness. If you're not a balsamic fan or it doesn't fit your macros, this asparagus is still delicious without it. Salt, pepper, and olive oil is more than enough to make a crispy, yummy dish.
